Rosé Anaïs

Rosé wine

Rosé Anaïs is made of  Acolon and Pinot Noir grapes and contains 12% alcohol. The wine was named after winegrower Martin Bacquaert's wife. 

Rosé with flavours of citrus and red fruit. Ideal as an aperitif or at a terrace in summer.

Tasting Notes

  • Colour: light pink
  • On the nose: aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherries and roses
  • On the palate: refreshing taste with strawberry, raspberry and red plum twist. Accessible wine with a pure and crispy finish.

Viticulture and terroir

Soil: sand-loam mixed with Diestian sand, ironstone, flint stones and gravel. Underneath this, well-drained layers of Ledian and Paniselian sand.

Climate: cool temperate climate influenced by the North Sea

Sustainable viticulture: defoliation, green harvest, 10 km of indigenous hedges and sowing flower seeds to attract natural predators, sowing grass to prevent erosion, using compost
