Entre-Deux-Monts has its origins on the land belonging to grandfather Jean, below the famous chairlift, the Cordoba. As his godson, Martin therefore paid tribute to his grandfather with the Cuvée Jean. This exceptional sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, 30% of which was aged in oak for 12 months, and it rested sur lattes for no less than 5 years. The wine is available only in magnum bottles as a limited edition.

The first vines planted in the vineyard are located on the Vidaigneberg, formerly known as 'Molenberg'. In years with favorable weather conditions, we produce an elegant white wine from this plot. The Molenberg 2024 is a blend of 70% Pinot Gris and 30% Chardonnay. The wine is characterized by its fermentation, which takes place partly in oak and partly in stainless steel.

The qualitative 2019 proved to be an excellent starting point for our first Millésimé in the collection. The 2019 is a balance of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir and lends itself extremely well as a gourmet wine. The depth gives this sparkling wine more complexity. The wine rested for 48 months sur lattes and is a good example of our commitment to craftsmanship and our constant pursuit of quality.
