How do you purchase a gift voucher?

• Visit our online shop.
• Select the amount you would like to buy from the range of gift vouchers.
• Purchase the gift voucher through our webshop.
• We will send you a digital gift voucher with a voucher code by email.

How can the user redeem this gift voucher?

• By visiting our wine bar & shop in Westouter. Here, the gift voucher can be used to purchase wine and/or taste our wines in the bar. Choose a wine tasting formula and be surprised by our wines! 
• By purchasing Entre-Deux-Monts wines in our online shop, using the voucher code.

Need a last minute gift voucher? We send you the digital gift voucher with voucher code personally by email. This means that you will not receive an automatic email immediately after placing your order.

*A gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be redeemed in our online or physical shop.

Would you like to surprise someone with a tour of our vineyard and production area, including a tasting? Please note that all our tours are conducted exclusively in Dutch. Only if you are a group of 15 persons or more, we can organise a guided tour in English for you, but for this we ask you to contact us by email.

How do you purchase a gift voucher?

• Go to the Dutch version of the website, page 'Bezoek ons'.
• Choose between two different group visits for which you would like to purchase a gift voucher: Bezoek & Proef or Degusteer & Geniet. (Please note: both tours are guided in Dutch only).
• Click on 'Bekijk kalender/boek' under the desired tour.
• Select the number of people for whom you would like to purchase a gift voucher.
• Tick the 'Koop als cadeaubon' box at the bottom.
• Complete the information we need, and payment will follow.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a voucher*, which the recipients can use to book their tour on a day of their choice, along the availabiliy of our tours. Instructions for redeeming the gift voucher will be included in the confirmation email you receive from us. 

Need a gift last minute voucher? You will receive a digital confirmation of your purchase immediately after payment. This means you can print your Entre-Deux-Monts gift voucher immediately after purchase or send it digitally to the recipient!

*A gift voucher for a tour is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be redeemed via the 'Bezoek ons' page. Please note: the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for shop credit.
