Wasserette is a cosy, modern establishment located on Marktstraat in the historic centre of Nieuwpoort. Run by Hannelore, in the dining room, and Wibo, in the kitchen, with a deliberately unpretentious interior: the washing discs and drying racks on the ceiling are a reminder of the building's past as a laundrette (hence the name) and give the restaurant a hip, industrial vibe.
The menu offers a changing selection of tasty, seasonal dishes, prepared à la minute from lunch to dinner. You can choose smaller or larger portions, ideal for sharing or enjoying on your own, and there is also a varied wine list. Entre-Deux-Monts wines have been a fixture on the menu for several years now. An ideal pairing with Wibo's cuisine!
