To grow wine, you need more than just nature. From pruning to selling, the EDM team is always working with great dedication to arrive at the same result: the creation of fresh, elegant cool climate wine. And, of course, they share the EDM story. Below, you’ll read more about who these people are, working on their common goal. Will you visit us? Most likely you'll run into one of them.
Engineer-oenologist and founder of the estate
Entre-Deux-Monts would still have been a pun if Martin hadn’t called the wine estate like this in 2004. He is the power behind the company, but he for sure is on the same page as every other team member. Growing wine is Martin's main job, which is quite a job. However, he also manages to take care of countless other tasks on a daily basis: working in the vineyard, maintaining customer relations, cooperations, innovating the company... He defines the path, but not on his own.
Office manager and wine tourism
After her studies in Office Management and Aspirant Sommelier as well as a first job experience in hospitality, Nele arrived at Entre-Deux-Monts after an open job application. Ever since, Nele has been in charge of administration, accountancy, e-mail communication and the organisation of group visits. She's very interested in wine and loves to assist you with her knowledge when you feel like buying something in our shop. Will you give us a call? Then Nele will most likely be the person at the other end of the line.
Logistics and vinedresser
Jasper is our person in charge of logistics. He used to work as a flexi at Entre-Deux-Monts, but fortunately we can now count on him permanently. Besides logistics, he will also assist Martin in the vineyard and in production. His passion for wine also comes out as a director of a local wine club. Financial administration
Els comes to assist Nele with financial administration and is an avid wine lover herself. Invoicing and accounting hold no secrets for Els, who quickly found a place on the EDM team after a spontaneous application. Els feels charmed by the Entre-Deux-Monts company and, she says, has great admiration for Martin's entrepreneurship, also because she herself is active in winemaking!
Sales and Events
Love for wine is definitely in Jelle's blood, which is why he helps out at Entre-Deux-Monts to bring out the marketing around ‘understated pride’. If you want to offer our wines in your business, organise an event on our domain or do something with our wines, you can contact Jelle. Marketing
Lisa has been working at Entre-Deux-Monts since 2024. Although she was initially unfamiliar with the world of wine, she decided to embark on this path with enthusiasm. She has since completed various training courses, learns new things every day in the vineyard and translates that knowledge into the marketing story of Entre-Deux-Monts. She guides you through the vines with a smile and is happy to help you choose the perfect wine. Her favourite EDM wine is the Wiscoutre Rosé, a lively rosé sparkling wine bursting with ripe red fruit!
Vinedresser
François is originally from Alsace, but has been living in Belgium for more than twenty years. After a career as a logistics manager in the Brussels dairy sector, he was offered the opportunity to work at a wine estate in Saint-Chinian (FR). As a lover of both wine and nature, François jumped at the chance! Among the vines, he discovered the profession of winegrower. His love for the craft grew so strong that two years ago he decided to return to Belgium to help build the future of Belgian viticulture. This is how he ended up at Entre-Deux-Monts – with his partner Anne. Together they form a dynamic vineyard duo that we can all draw inspiration from. François' favourite wine is our Bacquaert Brut!
Vinedresser
Anne comes from charming Saint-Chinian, near Béziers in sunny southern France. Growing up in a family of winemakers, with a father in the wine trade, she learned the secrets of grape growing from an early age. She ran her own specialist tobacco shop for 40 years, but the increasingly hot summers in southern France and the resulting physical challenges in the vineyard led her to decide to strike out in a new direction. She followed François to Belgium and found a fresh start among the vines. Anne is bursting with energy in the vineyard — her enthusiasm is contagious! Just as sparkling as her favourite sparkling wine: the lively Zientje, a true EDM classic.
Vinedresser
Charles has a passion for viticulture and oenology. After his studies, he had the opportunity to work in several vineyards in the Beaujolais and Rhone Valley. Originally from northern France, he recently decided to return to his native region for a new adventure in viticulture in Belgian Flanders. He joined the team at Entre-Deux-Monts, where he is still learning the intricacies of viticulture in the region. At Entre-Deux-Monts, he is fully committed to both the vineyard and production.

We love welcoming visitors to the Entre-Deux-Monts wine bar & shop. We enjoy guiding visitors through the tasting of our wines and giving them an expert tour of the vineyard and production area. We couldn't do any of this without a team that rolls up its sleeves every week. Thank you to everyone who makes Team EDM what it is!
