Wine bar Parole has been a fixture in the Ghent wine world since 2019. Run by Carine, along with other family members Lieven, Jelle and Margo, this family-run establishment tries to make every visitor feel instantly at ease. Using a cosy, warm décor, short appointments can end in hours of conversation.
Besides the cosiness, the wine list is also to dream away. There are lots of different choices by the glass, all purely European. Both more classic regions and less classic ones pass through here. You can also get a small bite. They are famous for their cheese & charcuterie boards, but at the same time you can also get seasonal snacks such as pheasant pâté, rilette, tomato burata, and so on. In short, nothing is lacking here!
Parole has been working with our products for several years now. Of course, this is also partly due to the role of Jelle who is also active at Entre-Deux-Monts. They are super fans of our Wiscoutre Rosé and the 2019 Extra Brut there!
