Wiscoutre, Blanc de Blancs

Méthode Traditionnelle, Brut

The Wiscoutre is made of Chardonnay and Auxerrois. It contains 12,5% alcohol. This bottle is available in 37.5 cl, 75 cl, and 150 cl. .

This is the estate’s first sparkling wine, which has been in production since 2009. This wine wins prizes almost every year. 'Wiscoutre' refers to the old Frankish name for the village of Westouter, where the wine is produced. The fresh and aromatic sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif.

The Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs is ready to drink immediately and is best consumed within the year.

"Wiscoutre is an excellent and elegant aperitif. The richness created by secondary fermentation makes it a bit more gastronomic.” Dries Corneillie - Best Sommelier of Belgium 2021
"What I like about this sparkling wine, which is among the very best in our country, is its exciting character, with a clever and rarely tasted balance between fresh, white stone fruit and a broad palette of flavours. In short, the Wiscoutre is an exuberant and seductive sparkling wine." Stéphane Godfroid, wine author "De Tijd"
